To assist our clients and friends in tracking their non-cash charitable contributions and assigning values, we are pleased to provide an Excel based spreadsheet that can be downloaded and used to tack and value contributions of household items. The spreadsheet includes 751 items with three categories of condition being Like New, Minor Wear, and Average Wear. Please keep in mind the values reported are average values and should be evaluated for your specific circumstance.
Users enter the quantity of each item donated under the appropriate column for its condition, and the spreadsheet will calculate the total deduction amount for the item as well as the total donation amount for all items donated.
Please keep in mind the requirements to obtain
receipts from charitable organizations.
To download the Excel file, right click on the file name below and select "Save Target As..." and select a location on your computer to save the file.
